The Designer Outlet Zaragoza has a catchment of more than 2.8 million inhabitants in 120 minutes' drive time. The catchment area comprises a larger territory compared to other outlet centres, because Northern Spain is so far an undeveloped outlet region. It includes the cities of Zaragoza, Utebo, Cuarte de Huerva, Calatayud, Huesca, Ejea de los Caballeros, Tarazona, Tudela, Fraga, Calahorra, Alcañiz, Barbastro, Tafalla, Monzón, Lleida, Arnedo, Teruel and Jaca. 

Conveniently located in the north of Zaragoza adjacent to the highway AP-68 to Bilbao and direct link to the A-2, one of the most important highway connections, which connects Zaragoza with Madrid and Barcelona. The highway has an annual traffic of 19 million vehicles. Furthermore the Designer Outlet Zaragoza benefits from perfect access to public transport and a own train station with connections to the AVE Renfe high-speed train, which reaches Madrid in approximately 80 minutes and Barcelona in approximately 90 minutes. There are up to 19 trains a day in each direction for Madrid and 12 for Barcelona.

AVE High Speed Train

Alta Velocidad Española (AVE) is a service of high-speed rail in Spain operated by Renfe Operadora, the Spanish national railway company at speeds of up to 310 km/h. Alta Velocidad Española translates to "Spanish High Speed", but the initials are also a play on the word ave, meaning "bird". As of June 2013, the Spanish AVE system is the longest HSR network in Europe with 3,100 km and the second largest in the world, after China's.
