THE NEW ASPIRATIONAL OUTLET SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR NORTHERN SPAIN 

The Designer Outlet Zaragoza is part of the new Shopping Village, which combines convenience retail with a Bauhaus DIY store, a food court and an outlet shopping centre in a unique way.

The Designer Outlet Zaragoza will host more than 120 designer, fashion and lifestyle brands on a gross lettable area of 18,600 m², built in two phases. Local and international tourists will enjoy the premium factory outlet village at the former Pikolin factory site with the historic Pikolin tower, one of the landmarks of Zaragoza. It will be the new aspirational shopping destination for Northern Spain.

Conveniently located in the north of Zaragoza adjacent to the highway AP-68 to Bilbao and directly link to the A-2, one of the most important highway connection, which connects Zaragoza with Madrid and Barcelona.

Furthermore the location benefits from perfect access by public transport and a own train station to the AVE Renfe high-speed train, which reaches Madrid in approximately 80 minutes and Barcelona in approximately 90 minutes. There are up to 19 trains a day in each direction for Madrid and 12 for Barcelona. 

Customers will visit the destination not merely for shoppping, but for an opportunity for recreation and to spend quality time with their family. 2,800 parking places are free of charge. quality time with their family. The neighbouring Bauhaus DIY store already opened in June 2015 and is very satisfied with the traffic and turnover development within the first fiscal year. Opening of the Designer Outlet Zaragoza is planned for autumn 2019.
